Our Accommodations

Mount Douglas Seniors Housing provides affordable, independent-living apartments for seniors 55+ on lower incomes. All units are non-smoking. Sorry, but we are not welcoming pets at this time.

Our quiet, green neighbourhood boasts many amenities including excellent bus service, University Heights Shopping Centre, Victoria Public Library, University of Victoria, and Gordon Head Recreation Centre.

Mount Douglas Court, built in 1971, has been lovingly maintained and extensively upgraded. “The Court” offers 72 bright, spacious studios for single occupancy and 8 one bedroom units. A wait-list is being taken.

Our brand new facility, Mount Douglas Manor, opened in June 2019. Boasting “Built Green Gold” technology, and offering 36 studios and 48 one-bedroom units, including two units with full wheelchair accessibility, “The Manor,” brings a little luxury to affordable living.

Both buildings are fully occupied. We welcome your application to our wait-list.
